Dr Ramesh Manocha investigates meditation as a stress management invervention

Dr Ramesh Manocha recently had a paper published titled “Using meditation for less stress and better wellbeing; A seminar for GPs”. The paper detailed a study in which 293 doctors were taught meditation in order to reduce stress and increase wellbeing. The abstract and full paper can be found here.

    Dr Manocha , this is agreat article, I am a shajyogi but aprofessor of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. I wih to corelate the effect of sahaj yoga on better quality of life, So that more and more people will get benifited. Many engineering faculty are intrested to work in this area but they are not finding related supervisor, Keeping same thing mind I am trying an effort to corelate it with communication enginnering so that more option will be open. we want to use our multi descilipned sahaj yogi should work in acooperative manner so that we can touch all the field because Sahaj yoga is such avast scope that every body can get benifited.
